REVIEW on the bachelor's thesis "Investigation of Runge-Kutta methods with high order of accuracy" by M. S. Panchenko The modification of of Runge-Kutta methods for the numerical solution of differential equations is investigated. The main idea of the study based on the determination of method parameters from order conditions in such a way to improve stability of the method. The relationship between the values of these parameters and stability domain is investigated. Test problems for ordinary differential equations are solved. The following remarks may be considered: 1. After the formula (5) in definition of the accuracy order does not say anything about parameter "theta". 2. Some important definitions such as the stability of the method and Courant parameter are not defined. 3. Test problems for ordinary differential equations are quite simple. Thesis is well decorated and list of references is quite comprehensive. In general, the work makes a favorable impression. From my point of view, thesis of M. S. Panchenko can be evaluated as "good".
