The work of Bogdanov T.V. is devoted to assessing the state of bottom sediments in one of the lakes of a specially protected area: the Sebezhsky National Park. The object of the study is a system of three lakes Ozeryavka. These three lakes, interconnected by a channel, are the transit point of the hydrological network that unites several large lakes in the northern part of the park, most subject to anthropogenic influence, with large lakes in the southern part. An assessment of the regularities in the distribution and migration of heavy metals in bottom sediments is necessary to determine the degree of human influence on the natural reserve systems. Bogdanov Timofey participated in all stages of the work: he took samples, prepared them for analysis, and helped with analytical work. Based on the results of the work, the patterns of distribution of heavy metals in bottom sediments were established, conclusions were drawn about the sources of their entry, and the main factors affecting their distribution were determined. The work was carried out at a high scientific level, all the goals set were achieved. Noted shortcomings: No deficiencies identified Conclusion: Final qualifying work Bogdanova T.V. meets all the requirements for undergraduate work and certainly deserves the highest rating “EXCELLENT
