Review of the final qualifying work of the 4th year student Volkov Artem Alexandrovich "The role of the RGCs in ensuring effective interaction between the center and regions in the policy of sustainable development" The topic chosen by the student is relevant. In theoretical terms, the issue of sustainable development requires the diversification of various institutional means of coordinating interactions to solve relevant problems. In this regard, the established Regional Governance Centers (RGCs) perform a number of tasks of coordinating the interactions of citizens with public authorities. In practical terms, the SDGs only establish various mechanisms of interaction and coordination, and the actual task is to systematize their activities and try to build the logic of their work on the sustainable development of the region. The graduation thesis was written by a student who studied both the theoretical issues of sustainable development, sustainable development management systems and the features of the coordination activities of the RGSs in some regions. Methodologically, the work is based on the accepted political concept of sustainable development and the institutional approach to its implementation. The student worked consistently, diligently and with interest. Constantly consulted with the supervisor. In the process of writing the work, he acquired the necessary competencies and knowledge. The work was written independently with a good attempt to analyze the empirical material. Graduation work of Volkov A.A. meets all the necessary requirements and deserves a high positive assessment.
