“Theory and practice of human resource management:
comparative analysis of Russia and China”
       Zhang Zhiqi has been working under my supervision since the 2nd year of bachelor's degree, i.e. already 6 years. Zhang Zhiqi is a student from China. She is an interested student. She liked and continues to like several areas of sociology, including management, consumer behavior. While she studied at the bachelor's degree and was in St. Petersburg, she showed great interest in science: she spoke at conferences, has two publications. She studied on-line in the master's program, so the manifestations of scientific interest decreased, although in the 1st year she spoke at the conference and published the theses "Trends and development of the digitalization of Chinese enterprises."
      Her graduation project is written on a topical but complex topic. There were certain difficulties in writing it, caused by the fact that the graduate student, due to Covid, could not be in China either in summer or in autumn and conduct a full-fledged study at the enterprise, therefore the theoretical bias dominates in the work.
      Zhang Zhiqi is distinguished by conscientiousness and diligence. She completed her bachelor's and master's degrees without debts, and both final theses were prepared by her in a timely manner. Both papers meet the requirements for St. Petersburg State University (at the Faculty of Sociology).
