The noted advantages of the work. Kovgan M.A. presented the work on time, fulfilling all the requirements of the supervisor in a timely manner. The topic of the work is relevant for the management of tourist destinations, since loyalty programs have long been mandatory elements of entrepreneurial activity, however, the administrations of destinations do not use this resource effectively enough. The author has studied a significant number of Russian and foreign sources (73) for solving the tasks set in the final qualifying work. Kovgan M.A. analyzed the historical and theoretical aspects of the emergence and application of loyalty programs in Russia and abroad. The classification of loyalty programs in tourism is generalized, as well as the formats of their application in the activities of tourist destinations. A large array of information about foreign programs was used. An expert survey of representatives of the tourism industry was conducted on the reasons for the unsuccessful implementation of loyalty programs of tourist destinations. The author has developed recommendations for optimizing the mechanism for creating loyalty programs for a tourist destination, and also created the concept of the Yekaterinburg guest card as an actual and effective tool for forming loyalty. The noted shortcomings of the work. No significant shortcomings were found in the work. However, despite the fact that the author conducted an interview with the professional community, there was no research of consumers of tourist services that would allow taking into account the requirements of buyers for loyalty programs. Supervisor's conclusion: the work of Kovgan M.A. meets all the requirements for graduate qualification works of the master's degree level of St. Petersburg State University. The WRC is performed at a good level and is recommended for protection with a positive assessment.
