Marked dignity of work.

           The unquestionable advantages of qualifying work of S.M. Bagrova should include a multidisciplinary approach in solving problems raised in the course of research. While working on the final qualifying work  the student possessed not only the basic methods of field research and diagnostics of recent soils  (actually the object of research in soil science), but also mastered modern methods of complex research of buried Late Pleistocene soils taken paleopedology, quaternary geology and paleogeography. It demanded from S.M. Bagrova ultimate motivation in this task.
It is gratifying to know that obtained in the course of scientific results are new and extend the theoretical aspects of the formation stage MIS3 loess soils in the zone of the Russian Plain. In particular, for the first time in southern slope Upland diagnosed with biphasic pedogenesis Bryansk soil, which is confirmed by the analysis of the hierarchical organization of the morphological stage MIS3 soil studies meticulously physical, physico-chemical and physico-chemical properties and their interpretation.
All these data are reliably confirmed by modern industrial methods of absolute geochronology (AMS-dating). Of particular note is that the profile in Yamskaya Steppe, including the Bryansk fossil soil, will be screened during the scientific field trips Congress Soil Science Society of them. V.V. Dokuchaev (2016).
I believe that Svetlana Bagrova showed a genuine interest in the study of the object of study, and will continue research begun in the magistracy. It should be noted that the results of the study got tested at two conferences and reflected in the abstracts and articles in periodicals "Materials for the Study of Russian soil."
Marked works shortcomings
Note the wish for further work at deepening launched in undergraduate research topic - interested in and read the contemporary world literature paleopedologii and Quaternary paleogeography.

           Conclusion 
I believe that the S.M. Bagrova fully opened research topic, coped with its task and should be awarded her BS degree in soil science. I estimate Results of work on the thesis to "Excellent".
