The topic of the work seems to be quite relevant in modern conditions, gastronomic routes are one of the most popular modules when creating tourist products aimed at Russian citizens, and especially foreign consumers.
The author of gastronomic tourism. Subspecies of gastronomic tourism are defined. with the help of gis tools, the points of attraction of gastronomic tourism at the world level are presented. 
The prerequisites and prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism are analyzed, the main directions of promotion of gastronomic brands are identified with the help of metric tools. The directions of the development of gastronomic tourism in St. Petersburg are investigated.
Vlasyuk Ya.B. analyzed the possibilities of using St. Petersburg's gastronomic brands, including St. Petersburg cuisine for tourists from China. A rating of dishes preferred by Chinese tourists was created based on an analysis of China's social networks.  The author presented a methodology providing a modular approach to gastronomic tourism.
The problems and prospects for the development of gastronomic tourism were sufficiently fully covered with the help of sociological research, SWOT analysis, including taking into account epidemiological and political constraints.
Based on a deep and thorough analysis, Vlasyuk Ya.B. developed a promising module of gastronomic tourism for tourists from China, worked out its effectiveness.
It should be noted that the author paid great attention to the promotion of tourist products, taking into account the specifics of China.

The noted shortcomings of the work. There are shortcomings in the design in the work. It would be necessary to highlight in more detail the tourist infrastructure available in St. Petersburg in the field of gastronomic tourism.
