Thesis Kirichenko Anastasia Alexandrovna - "Restoration of tombstones Matthew Jakovljevic Bulgari (in the necropolis of the XVIII century State Museum of Urban Sculpture)." The work is devoted to the practical restoration and tombstones M.Ya.Bulgari. During its existence the figure of "mourners" dismantled three times and returned to the museum. August 25, 1989 authentic marble figure of the "mourners" was dismantled because of its emergency condition and transferred to the closed-end funds SPbGBUK "State Museum of Urban Sculpture." Conservation / restoration activities at the time of dismantling the sculpture is not made. The sculpture and pedestal are in poor condition at the start of the restoration works: sculpture surface was covered with intense sazhepylevymi pollution and bionasloeniyami. There was erosion of the surface of the stone with a small granulation in the head, the shoulders and the lower edge of the marble plinth. Across the surface of the marble sculptures there diagonally cracks with natural origin (fractured rock structure). On the surface of the sculptures present chipped gouges and scratches. There were traces of previous restorations: mastikovki later (on the right hand on the back of the urn on a pedestal under the urn), made of cement mortar. The surface of the granite pedestal of the monument was covered with a thick layer of dirt and sazhepylevyh bionasloeny (algae, lichens across the surface of the monument, moss colonies). There were chips, dents and cracks all over the surface of the limestone slabs. It was necessary to carry out the whole complex of restoration and conservation measures to stabilize the state of conservation of sculptures and marble pedestal, and return the "mourners" to its historic place in the Necropolis of the XVIII century. Anastasia Kirichenko proved to be a researcher, technician and restorer. Making scientific and restoration work carried out in full, satisfied description of all forms and types of destruction of the monument to the material, which is reflected in cartograms preservation of sculptures in the passport restoration reflects thoroughly all of the process of restoration, albums photographic images before, during - and after restoration contain detailed description of processes (performed in accordance with the existing requirements for the compilation of scientific documentation of the restoration).
