Conclusion / recommendation of the members of the HES:                              Graduation Bachelor Work SA Parhaev - this is an interesting, detailed study which explores the role of the Far East of Russia's foreign policy. The implementation of the stated purpose of the work is achieved by analyzing a large number of sources that the author has spent some serious work. An important positive aspect is that the student offers his own perspective on the prospects for further development of the "Far Eastern vector" of Russian foreign policy, which characterizes it as being a young researcher.In general, the exhaust qualification work SA Parhaev meets all the criteria for this type of work, it is executed at a high analytical level, different relevance and scientific novelty, purpose and objectives have been achieved in the course of research.According to the reviewer, the author of the WRC, SA Parkhaev deserves assignment to a bachelor's degree in "International Relations". 3.
