2. Conclusion / recommendation of the members of the HES:
WRC S.A.Parhaev reveals the importance and urgency of Russian policy in the Far East. Graduate and holds a documentary source base, based on a wide range of literature, both Russian and foreign languages. As the author himself hails from the Far East, in the present author's attitude to the problems of the Far East, non-indifference and empathy, as well as deep knowledge of specific regional problems.
