Perhaps the author should draw conclusions based on the International Conference on Sustainable Development, held in September 2015 in New York, which also focused on issues of environmental education in the context of sustainable development. These shortcomings do not affect the overall positive impression of the work presented. Master's thesis performed at a sufficient theoretical level. Made in the conclusions commendable. I believe that the DS Shashlakova deserves assignment qualification in "International Relations".
