The noted advantages of the work: A very important subject, is not well established at specialized enterprises in the Russian Federation. An attempt to implement software and methodological support in an active large-scale project of a large organization. The author has dealt with the selected technology and used it quite effectively. The noted disadvantages of the work: The classic technology stack is considered, while the paper does not analyze the possibilities of alternative approaches to the organization of databases, such as NoSQL. Some processes, such as uploading cadastral passports to the DBMS, definitely need to be automated and do not require the mediation of two external software tools and manual work. It is also not possible to assess the degree of documentation of all commissioned solutions, which is extremely important in such a project. Reviewer's conclusion: The project, in which the work on WRC was carried out, is extremely interesting and important for the Russian Federation - the current state of cadastral data in the country is catastrophic, careful work is necessary for each subject. The company GEOSCAN holds in much pioneering work, covering the vast territory of shooting with drones of its own production and ensuring production of quality information about the actual state of land use. It is obvious that such a project poses new and complex tasks to the performers, one of which is the one solved by the author of the WRC. Despite the fact that the technological basis and experience required for such work in the world developed long enough in Russia to adopt them slowly, and work such presented in this sense is very important. Svetlana Vladimirovna quite competently used the world experience and created a system of data management, which immediately found application in the real production tasks of a large organization. It is important that laid the technological and methodological basis for future large-scale works of GC GEOSCAN, which can be developed and modernized. In General, the author demonstrated an understanding of the basic technologies, the principles of their implementation in the organizational processes of large projects.
