The work is about the assessment of changes in various ice regime characteristics of the Arctic zone middle rivers in Siberia region under conditions of climate changes. The graduate student did a great job of collecting, analyzing and summarizing the initial data and preparing the multi-year series of various characteristics of river's ice regime. In the process of performing the work, the methodology was mastered and statics analysis was carried out for homogeneity and the presence of trends. The complex approach used in the work allowed the author to obtain correct estimates of the changes in the characteristics of the ice regime of rivers for two periods (1950-1979, 1980-2010). Volkova Darya showed a creative approach and independence at all stages of the work. All goals and objectives have been successfully resolved.
