REVIEW on final qualifying work of the student of St. Petersburg state University Borodina Ekaterina Sergeevna on the topic: "Customer-oriented approach as a social technology in commercial organizations of St. Petersburg» The topic of the FQW by Borodina Ekaterina Sergeevna corresponds to the content of the presented work. The topic is fully and thoroughly covered. The title of the topic, goals, tasks, object and subject of the work correspond to the title of the topic. The relevance of the work is shown both at the applied level, i.e. the data of statistics showing the growth of the value of customer focus in modern society, and in scientific terms, as a poorly developed topic in sociological science. The problem, goals, objectives and structure of the FQW are logically built. The problem shows the content and social side of customer focus, its economic and psychological components. Based on this understanding of the problem, all subsequent elements of the WRC design, including the hypothesis, are formulated. The purpose of the work is formulated as a theoretical conceptualization of customer-oriented social technologies and empirical analysis of the use of social technologies in the trade organization of St. Petersburg. In order to achieve the goal, a number of consecutive tasks are being solved. The first Chapter reveals the theoretical problems, history and modern characteristics of customer-oriented technologies as a variety of social technologies, as well as the theoretical and methodological basis for the study of customer-oriented, in particular, economic, organizational, psychological and sociological options of such technologies. The paper highlights the history of two terms: social technology and customer-oriented approach (customer focus). Theoretical knowledge of social technologies and client-oriented approach in domestic and foreign science are summarized. The author analyzes the totality of definitions of the terms "customer focus”and "social technology". On the basis of the analyzed theoretical materials the definition of client-oriented approach as a social technology is given. The typology of client-oriented social technologies is carried out. The characteristic of client-oriented social technologies as an object of sociological research is given. The features of the application of customer-oriented social technologies in modern Russian society and their applications are analyzed. The second Chapter includes the results of the author's empirical sociological research. The work involves the identification of the features of the use of customer-oriented social technologies in modern Russian society on the example of a commercial organization for the sale of youth clothing in St. Petersburg. The results of empirical research allow to determine the main trends in this area and to assess the compliance of managers and customers ' perceptions of customer focus and the most important customer-oriented social technologies. The work is aimed at solving the actual practical problem – the explanation of the social grounds of customer-oriented approach in working with buyers of commercial organizations. The current scientific sources are analyzed in the FQW, the literature reflects modern approaches to understanding the interpretation of customer focus in sociology. The conclusions of the FQW are justified both by theoretical provisions of sociological science and by the results of empirical research. Positive aspects of the work: - an important and urgent problem is considered – social factors, conditions and consequences of customer-oriented technologies, the prospect of which in the modern world plays an increasingly important role; - the sociological aspects of client-oriented technologies as the object of research are presented and characterized; - the author conducted an empirical sociological study on the chosen topic. What you want to pay attention to the author: - in the first Chapter, the client-oriented approach to the damage of sociological aspects of the issue is considered somewhat broadly; - there are some repetitions in the theoretical studies of customer focus; - in the program of empirical sociological research, the hypotheses are formulated without focusing on the social consequences or the origins of client orientation. As a wish for the future. The study would be much more significant if the customer focus was shown in comparison with social technologies in other commercial organizations, i.e. the characteristics and data of other organizations operating in the field of Commerce. FQW is written in accessible and understandable language, obvious good orientation of the author in the subject, as in other problems of sociology. The final qualifying work of Ekaterina Borodina On the theme "Customer-Oriented approach as a social technology in commercial organizations of St. Petersburg" has scientific and applied novelty, has a good perspective and deserves an EXCELLENT evaluation. The work meets the requirements of St. Petersburg state University for FQW, and its author – Borodina ES worthy of the title of "bachelor of sociology".
