Feodor Luchkin has started to perform bachelor's work rather late - almost in the spring semester of 2018. Since his work was devoted to the interaction of a DNA molecule with a ruthenium compound, he had to learn how to prepare solutions,  complexes and samples for  study. He previously studied DNA interaction with coordination compounds of platinum. Experimental data were obtained  and analyzed. Than he investigated DNA-Ru cjmplexes by spectral methods.   Despite the lack of time for research, the data obtained by Fedor are of great interest for our understanding of the molecular basis for the formation of DNA-ruthenium complexes.  I think that the work of Fedor Luchkin can be appreciated highly.
