The official review of the doctor of political sciences, the associate professor of teleradio journalism of "The Higher School of Journalism and Mass Communications" Institute of St.Petersburg State University Yury Vladimirovich Klyuev for final qualification work Yulia Konstantinovna's Subfurnaceman "A subject of self-realization of youth on a modern TV screen (on the example of the author's project "Cherished dream")"     The thesis presented on protection has professional and practical character. This circumstance caused structure and problem and substantial space of the reviewed text.  The author of VKR set the object to staticize a question of self-realization of youth means of television journalism.  In chapter 1 in concepts of sciences – philosophical, sociological, psychological – interdisciplinary approach to the studied perspective is given; definition of the category "youth" is developed; influence of journalism on processes of socialization and self-realization of youth is shown.  In chapter 2, being guided by the existing federal normative legal acts, the concept "youth policy" is given. The sphere of sport as the most essential socialized activity promoting strengthening of degree of independence and self-realization of people of young age is proved. Are submitted the scenario plan, the detailed description of an operating procedure and creation of VKR of the documentary project with use of television journalistic skills prepared by the author is given.    The appendix supplements idea of the movie prepared by the author VKR.  In general the thesis is performed according to requirements imposed to protection:  – the structure corresponds to the shown criteria;  – the contents opens a subject;  – material is presented at the research and empirical levels;  – the literature corresponding to a subject and a perspective is used;  – provisions of work are stated logically and is reasoned;  – conclusions reflect result of the conducted research.  Merits of the presented television project are its valuable and humanistically the focused characteristics, a motivational orientation that is especially strongly shown in the content of creative documentary work through ocherkovy, in essence survey and portrait, television display key, in fact fatal, the moments in life of young men and girls – heroes of the movie.  Thus it is active and pertinent, in modern youth style, screen audiovisual means of expression that expands the scale of presentation of material for spectator audience, taking into account not only television, but also Internet opportunities are used. This circumstance more than actually because a global Network enjoys special popularity among young part of society.  VKR in its general productive characteristics causes positive impression.     However in work there are separate defects. 1. The name loaded into "Blackboard" VKR on its title page a little differs from the formulation of the name in the Order "About Specification of Subjects VKR" (No. 1555/1 of 12.03.2018). 2. Absence of names of heads of VKR is surprising of the reviewer. 3. On the 8th page the second offer in the first paragraph from above can be understood in such a way that, according to the author of VKR, there is "a leisure genre of mass media".  4. Paginal footnotes are in some cases not quite correctly issued.     Nevertheless, the specified remarks don't belittle the general favorable opinion of the reviewer.  Final qualification work of Yulia Konstantinovna Podgornova "A subject of self-realization of youth on a modern TV screen (on the example of the author's project "Cherished dream")" took place and can be recommended for protection.  The reviewed VKR is prepared at the demanded level, corresponds to the shown criteria and, in case of successful public protection, can be estimated positively.
