The diploma project is about control of consensus for dynamical systems. System have  stochastic disturbance, white noise is added to measurements.  Thesis content is corresponded to project title, the subject of research is completely presented, the structure of paper is good. The problem is actual for theory and for practice. Thesis have serious disadvantages, proofs are difficult to verify and difficult to unterstand, some conlusions are skipped, several notations are undefined.  My opinion is  “poor” mark of the diploma project.
