A review of the thesis of the student Olesya Nikolaevna Yagic on the topic: "Psychophysiological mechanisms for predicting events in patients with schizophrenia with various pharmacotherapy" Olesya Nikolaevna's diploma is written on an actual topic, using modern methods and theoretical approaches in psychophysiology. In the process of research, the diplomat showed independence and exploratory courage, taking on one of the most complex and relevant topics to date: psychopharmacology. She understood well the modern theories of psychophysiology, thoroughly studying both domestic literature and modern foreign studies. I completed a rather laborious stage of scientific work by conducting psychological research and psychophysiological experiment on the basis of PND N6 with schizophrenic patients at different stages of treatment, taking into account both the phase of the disease and the drugs taken. In addition, she conducted a study with conditionally healthy subjects. Possessing good knowledge in the field of cognitive methods and models, she successfully interpreted the results of the psychophysiological experiment. As remarks to her work, it can be noted that she delayed with the completion of experiments, which, unfortunately, did not allow a more complete analysis of the rather interesting material of the diploma. Despite this shortcoming, O.N. Yagic for his thesis work deserves an excellent evaluation.
