REVIEW on the graduate qualification work of bachelor Chuprynina Tatiana Andreevna “Investigation of longitudinal dynamics of intense beam in linear accelerator with parametric specification of control” The work of Chuprynina T.A. presents beam longitudinal dynamics investigation in linear accelerator. Particle interaction is taken into account. Coulomb field calculation is carried out on the basis of numerical method using the partitioning of spatial beam quasiperiod into charged cylinders. Chuprynina T.A. formalized this method and introduced integral representation of Coulomb field intensity. Integro-differential beam dynamics mathematical model is proposed. Beam evolution is described as a complex of particle motions and bunch center motion. The student introduced control functions parameterization using their approximation by trigonometric polynomials. It makes possible beam dynamics optimization based on random search in prescribed domain of control parameters space. Chuprynina T.A. developed the software for beam dynamics numerical simulation and optimization. The results obtained give evidence of simulation adequacy. The results are well represented graphically, and the analysis is made. The optimization performed provided beam characteristics improvement. The investigation is performed at high mathematical level. A few misprints do not reduce high quality of the work. I believe that the work of Chuprynina T.A. meets all the requirements of the graduate qualification work of the bachelor, and deserves an "excellent". Reviewer, Ph.D., Professor, Department Mod.
