EVALUATION  by the scientific supervisor of the diploma thesis by Krivoshey Ilya Sergeevich «Structures of complexes of antimony trichloride with pyridine on the basis of quantum chemical computations and X-ray structural analysis»  Ilya Sergeevich Krivoshey started to work on diploma thesis as a fourth-year student. He spent little time on his work.  Ilya Sergeevich learned basics of glass blowing and barely learned basic manipulations with highly hydrolyzable substances.  Consequently, in two years’ time he carried out mostly preliminary work (purification of reagents) and completed only two simple one stage synthesis of complexes of antimony trichloride with pyridine.  He learned basics of quantum chemistry computations and independently carried out computations, but he does not able to independently perform critical analysis of obtained results.   Ilya Sergeevich proved himself undisciplined, unmotivated, indifferent researcher.   Submitted diploma thesis formally satisfy the requirements. I grade the diploma thesis of Krivoshey Ilya Sergeevich as “satisfactory”.
